well i have a rigol DS1102E but truth be told im still learning my way around it. I would be very appreciative of anyone willing to help me track down the problem.
From what a few have said i should just throw the thing away and buy a new one as the time it might take would cost more than buying a new but i just feel its to wasteful.
And it gives me a reason to get more experience on some of my tools and hone my skills, all while hopefully talking to some awesome and knowledgeable people.
As far as the board has gone its never been dropped it went right from its anti-static bag into my printer and lived it life there safe and sound working away.
