Was this due ON/OFF switching?

Hi there,

I've just finished replacing my Melzi Board with a 1.4 Ramps but I'm still confused as to why this happened?
I haven't had the chance to test everything but could this also have blown the thermistor (They're not letting any current through), heaters and possibly the motors?
