I'm feeling a little stupid right about now, any help?
I'm currently trying to get my i3 up and running again after a being packed up for a couple of months (moved house and job, had a busy few months).
It powers up fine, and axis seem to work fine, can control them manually from the lcd panel and heaters work as they should.
However I can't seem to get any response from the pc with either repetier or pronterface.
Pronterface continuously reads "Connecting..."
Whereas Pronterface Host says that Access to COM1 is denied.
Last time the printer was working, I'm pretty sure that it was running on COM3, however now only COM1 is available. I've had a fresh install on my pc since it was last used, so could that be causing a problem? I've re-installed my USB drivers but it doesn't seem to have changed anything.
Has anyone had a similar problem or see a glaringly obvious fix?
