I don't usually hang out here but someone on the IRC asked me to look at this so here I am. If you have any further questions, poke me on the IRC.
1) Both are correct! Due to availability I had to go with the 10k rather than the 50k version of the digipot for production. That's why the resistance was dropped to 6.8k. The digipots are connected in parallel, which is probably what you need to know to make the calculation come out right :)
2) 10nH is correct, the uH was an error
3) Both work but I used the CSD in the end because of the supported voltage and availability reasons
