I don't know id this helps, but I had this symptom after hooking it up.
It seemed that there are more than one possible identifiers for RRD's in the firmware.
Changeing the type solved my problem, but as it worked fine... I see no real solution.


Or is it possible you regressed the type during a firmware update ?
