Hi,
This is my first Reprap 3D Printer, Mini Kossel.
It's almost done and I'll organize all loose wires and make it a finished machine.
I'll print a plastic case for the controller unit, and build 12 cm height of base that houses the modified ATX PSU.
I was going to install the controller unit on top of the frame but two stepper motor's wires were too short.
I disliked spending few hours just to make long wires yesterday.
I'll install RepRapDiscount Smart Controller.
Extra components I've added:
- Dedicated 12V DC fan for the controller board.
- 100 ohm variable resistor that controls speed of the board fan.
- Two blade type fuse holders, these are freaking big.
- +5V auxiliary power from the PSU
Regards,
Hughe
