The end stop connectors look like standard 3 pin single in line (SIL) crimp connector housings.
I use this housing along with these connectors although there are other brands that are nearly identical. If you are just using a switch, you don't need a 3-positon connection. You just need a 2 position version connecting to just (S)ignal and - (ground), + would only be used if you are using opto, hall effect, or other endstop that requires power.
