If you have a heated build chamber, you don't want your electronics inside.

FET's (used to drive the heated bed/hot end) and the stepper drivers need to dissipate heat when they work, due to their internal resistance. You can't dissipate heat as well into a hot environment, and if you don't dissipate the heat fast enough, things can fail.

This is why it's recommended that all steppers have heatsinks and that all electronics boards are cooled with a fan, to remove this heat. Usually the max recommended is 50-60 Deg C operating temp, with things being more efficient at lower temps.
