I recently started a i3 project becouse i got tired of my thingomatic and i'm stuck with this issue.
How do i connect both step motors for the Z axis on a melzi board? I tried connecting them paired but it doesen't seem like the motors have enough torque to rotate properly. At low speeds it will rotate but is easily stopped by hand.
Are the step driver able to handle 2 step motors at the same time?
