Wrong temperature
Could somebody make the table for the extruder , because i can not understand how to do this table please. My extruder is this [www.ebay.com] and the thermistor is this EPCOS 100K Thermistor B57560G104F

It worked the problem was on driver circuit. More details in the other topic that I started.

This is what I use in my fork of Marlin for Mendel90 #if (THERMISTORHEATER_0 == 8) || (THERMISTORHEATER_1 == 8) || (THERMISTORHEATER_2 == 8) || (THERMISTORBED == 8) // Epcos B57560G104F 100K on...

Or heres one suitable for teacup and generated for the 10K sense resistors on your Gen7. { 11, 300 }, // r= 108 adc=10.92 { 12, 295 }, // r= 116 adc=11.69 { 13, 290 }, // r= 124 adc=12.53 { 13, 285 },...

Err, do you understand how a voltage divider works? Get 2 resistors and make a voltage divider. At the centre point of the divider measure the voltage with a multimeter. Now do the same, but put a 22R...

The S/H cap will get charged from the 10uF so the impedance of the input network has no effect on its charging time. Is Bobc's circuit really the opposite way to mine? I read it the other way and drew...

Hi reprap community, I'm new here and do not know much about electronics. Can someone kindly help me? My LCD screen suddenly went blank(after transporting it) and i dont know how to repair it. here...

nop: Actually you seem to be right. They are the same way, in which case bobc's wouldn't actually protect much as IMO the PTC is on the wrong side (it should be in-line with the 22R in his diagram).

Yup Cefiar you were right about divider, i overlooked schematic too fast and messed up with some things in my head. Sry for that (:P) and you were right about it.

Recently configured a Rambo, programmed with Marlin 1.0.0 RC2. Worked fine, motors, temp, monitor, etc. Turned the Hotend on, and watched as it climbed to 177C. Then noticed that my USB cable was hot...

View ArticleRe: Wrong temperature
The '10K' refers to the value of RT1 on your gen7. Admittedly, 10K is a strange value for that resistor, the standard 4.7K thermistor pullup is generally considered to be higher than optimal, 10K is...

So, kind of an old post...but i have been wondering why, in all the posts about thermal couples, people are using such complicated chips? Not that im against it, just wondering my not simply wire in a...

Hi all. I'm pretty new here and I'm building a 3d printer. Or should I say converting my CNC router Lol I have an arduino uno running teacup and a custom stepper motor board. Now my question is how or...

although I believe it is possible to run a reprap on an arduino uno, I think it will be a lot more hassel than it is worth. However if all you have left to do is power the hotend, you just need a...

Yet another one who connects USBs 5V to the power supplies 5V? And the electronics designers are stupid enough to allow such a configuration.
View ArticleRe: hot end connection
Well all I have left is the hot end and the arduino uno is perfect and runs really well. Is there a schematic as I already have 2 digital pins ready for hot end control and tepm sensor.
View ArticleRe: hot end connection
You'll need an analog pin for the thermistor. Have a look at the RAMPS schematics and copy the relevant parts of it.
