Interesting that they recommend replacing a resistor to limit the current more.
Also interesting that they say current is maxed at 25%. I thought that was the starting point.
To me, that means the "flat" side of the pot disk at exactly 9 o'clock (if driver board sits vertical so pins are on right/left, and pot on bottom).
If I did indeed burn the x axis portion of ramps, I will switch pins.h to use extruder 2 instead for x. How convenient there is a spare....
I also grabbed some arctic silver adhesive to better attach the heat sinks...thanks for that reply lazzymonk!
I often miss simple links on the reprap wiki. Its because there seems to be no TOC for what I call the basics. Maybe that's not so easy to do...
