600+ posts in this forum and then this? You're kidding, aren't you? Think of what you'd need to make an identical copy or a slightly modified copy. That's what's required.
No, I'm not kidding. I have no interest for going into the board design/manufacturing business, and do not know anything about the hardware licensing side of open-source. (Honestly, the software side of open-source makes me want to pull my hair out with all of the different licenses out there.)
Anyway, from the thread on the Google Deltabot group, I have seen that Arthur Wolf has been in touch with the developers of the AZSMZ Mini to bring them into compliance with Smoothie's requirements. He even had the re-label the schematics and change the silkscreen on the boards that referenced the board using a derivative of the Smoothie name. I have not followed up to see if they jumped through every hoop, but making the board open-source is their published intentions per the Deltabot forum thread.....
